Recycling of salt out of spinbath

By a chemical reaction sodium sulfate and water develop out of soda lye and sulfuric acid. In viscose fiber factories the so-called spinbath is used-up and diluted during the spinning process.

In former times this spinbath was used only one time and after that drained as waste water which caused an enormous environmental load and high operation cost. This made it necessary to regenerate the spinbath and feed it back into the process or to produce from a part of it a saleable product.
