EBNER received an order from a well-known customer in Germany to carry out planning services and prepare a fixed-price quotation for the delivery of a large-scale plant planned by the customer for the evaporation of sodium aluminate caustic made of steel material (product-contacting parts annealed) to return the caustic to the process. This plant is to replace the customer’s existing plant, which has been in operation for decades.

The scope of documents prepared by EBNER includes the plant calculation, the creation of schematics, 3D layout plan, piping list, load plan, pump design, instrumentation, valve and motor lists, interlocking plans and a HAZOP study.
