On January 12, 2026, our Health Day took place, organized by EBNER in cooperation with AOK health insurance company. The AOK mobile unit was already on site early in the morning at our company premises in Eiterfeld.

Employees had the opportunity to take advantage of services in the following areas:

  • EMG muscle tone analysis
  • Back check
  • Cardio scan

Individual assessments were carried out and complemented by valuable advice on prevention and strengthening personal health. In addition, the event focused on presenting exercise recommendations as well as personalized training programs.

Interest among employees was very high, and the initiative was a great success. Feedback was consistently positive, and planning for another Health Day in the fall of this year is already underway.

We would like to thank all participants as well as AOK for their excellent support.

We are also looking forward to the office ergonomics workshop scheduled for February 2026, which will provide valuable input for a healthy everyday working life.

In addition, fruit baskets will continue to be provided to support vitamin intake – another important component of our occupational health program.
