EBNER received an order from a well-known customer in Germany for the basic engineering of a new plant planned by the customer for the evaporation of sodium aluminate liquor.

Redundant concept of core components

The plant consists of several stages and has a total evaporation capacity of up to approx. 115 t/h. The material used is steel (annealed parts in contact with the product). This plant is to replace the customer’s existing plant, which has been in operation for several decades.

The scope of documents prepared by EBNER included the plant calculation, the creation of schematics, 3D layout plan, piping list, load plan, pump design, instrumentation, valve and motor lists, interlocking plans and a HAZOP study.

The documents were handed over in accordance with the contract.
