A long-standing customer commissioned EBNER to supply in total 7 agitators for its new plant in Alsace. The delivery scope of EBNER included the production of the agitator vessels (filling volume of the vessels: 2x 12 m3, 4x 15 m3 and 1x 20 m3) with different agitators, the steel construction to accommodate the agitators, the measurement technology for process control by the customer and the on-site assembly, including the creation of the plant layout for the entire plant. As agreed, this was carried out to the fullest satisfaction of our customer. The agitators, which were specifically designed for this application with the customer in previous years, are all made of carbon steel and are heated by means of half-pipe coils welded on the outside.
