In September 2023, EBNER received an order for a replacement heat exchanger from a municipal company for use in a waste-to-energy plant.

The dimensions are: Ø 900 / Ø 1,200 x approx. 5,000 mm tube length. The tubes are made of titanium grade 2, the tube plates are made of base material 1.4539 with explosive cladding of titanium grade 1 and the shell is made of 1.4539. The weight without covers is approx. 3,200 kg. EBNER manufactured, delivered and then installed on site at the customer’s premises in February 2024.

It is worth mentioning that this is the fourth identical order within the last 10 years that has been awarded to EBNER by the customer due to high satisfaction.
