EBNER received the order for two single-stage vacuum cooling crystallization plants with a crystallization capacity of 1.5 t/h each for the production of special salt from a renowned customer in Germany in December 2024.

The scope of delivery includes basic + detail engineering, apparatus, tanks, machines, electrical and electronic control equipment as well as switchgear and control systems. The crystallization stages of the systems are designed with forced circulation. The intended measuring and regulation concept ensures continuous operation of the system, i.e. the system functions automatically. Appropriate settings make it possible to influence both the crystal size and the particle size distribution. The design of the system poses a particular challenge, as operation at low operating temperatures on the one hand and at high cleaning temperatures on the other should be possible.
