EBNER is currently building a mobile pilot plant in skid design to determine the most important process parameters of complex liquids that are to be evaporated or crystallized. This will enable customers to test the planned process on a small industrial scale, with original medium and on site at the customer. The knowledge gained from this can be used to optimally design a later production plant in terms of performance and production reliability.

In addition to the classic live steam heated evaporation as FC-circulation (forced circulation), vacuum cooling or direct cooling at the surface cooler by means of cold water or cooling medium can be carried out. In this way, all common industrial evaporation and crystallization processes can be mapped and simulated.
